      Diesel Electric Vereeniging was founded by Mr von Ey Senior in 1971, and in the years to follow two divisions were created, namely the Automotive and the Industrial divisions. In 2000 the group obtained the distribution rights for Enerpac Hydraulic products and Kiloton was established as a Tooling Specialist to the industrial sector.

       

      The growth of the company in recent years is testament to the company’s success as a major player in the industrial supply industry. In 2006 expansion resulted in Kiloton moving to a larger premises.

      Vision / Mission:
      Kiloton is a name that is synonymous with quality, reliability, dependability and peace of mind.

      We strive to have an intimate understanding of our customers’ project objectives in order to respond with the appropriate tooling and equipment solutions at the right time, place and price.
